With this introduction Advise Wise provides financial advisers with a seamless and efficient workflow, empowering them to request and download Key Facts Illustrations (KFIs) instantly with just one click for Aviva products and also for the first time submit applications online directly from the platform.

The integration with Aviva brings advisers a few key benefits. Advise Wise users can now request and instantly download Key Facts Illustrations for Aviva's products from the Advise Wise Platform; this not only saves valuable time as it reduces manual work and eliminates the need for multiple logins, resulting in a seamless user experience, but also streamlines the entire advisory process enabling advisers to deliver faster and more accurate services to their clients.

In addition, online application submissions are enabled for the first time on the Advise Wise Platform, allowing advisers to submit applications for their clients from the client case page. This speeds up the process further, eliminates the need for duplicate data entry and reduces the risk of errors, enhancing the overall efficiency and accuracy of the advisory process.

Real-time data sync is another key factor as it enables financial advisers to gain full access to Aviva’s products in the most accurate and reliable way: the integration ensures that all information is synchronised in real-time between Advise Wise and Aviva’s systems, minimising data discrepancies and providing advisers with up-to-date product information and client application statuses.

To benefit from the integration, advisers need to connect their Advise Wise account with the lender’s portal to allow Advise Wise to request KFIs on their behalf. This cutting-edge authentication solution means Advise Wise never sees or stores the adviser’s username and password, as the adviser is taken from the Advise Wise Platform to the lender’s portal to enter their details and link the two systems.
